Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the 3-5 business days. 
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Method:

  • Express Shipping: 4 business days (processing time not included)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.
We strongly recommend purchasing Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage.

  • Navidium is automatically added at checkout, but customers can remove it before completing their purchase.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, submit a claim by emailing help@mgirlsplanners.com.

  • Claims must be submitted no sooner than 48 hours after the order is marked "delivered" and no later than 1 week after delivery.

⚠️ Please note: Navidium Shipping Protection is a third-party service. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to refund protection fees under any circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and chosen delivery method. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.
