How long does shipping take?

Upon purchase, your order will be processed within 3-5 days. We currently only offer Express Shipping, which delivers in 4 business days after your order has been fully processed.

Where do you guys ship from?

We have 3 warehouses for shipping. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped from any of these locations:

  • Chicago, IL
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Kansas City, MO

How do I cancel my order before shipment?

Please email us at help@millionairegirls.co with your cancellation request within 24-48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, your order is typically shipped, and once shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Why do I need shipping insurance?

We offer Navidium Shipping Protection offers protection for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen in accordance to the criteria.

This insurance is automatically applied to every order and can only be removed by the customer before checkout.

We review every case internally and if your case is approved, we will immediately resend your order.

My product was damaged when I received it. How can I get another planner sent to me?

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for your package. We recommend to contact USPS for any questions or concerns.

We strongly recommend to purchase Navidium Shipping Protection during checkout just incase your package is lost, stolen or damaged.

Where is my tracking number?

Upon shipping, your tracking number was sent to your email and/or via text message.

If you do not receive it within 5 business days, please email us at help@millionairegirls.co or fill out the contact form on our website, and we will send you the tracking details.

I have insurance and need to file a claim. What's the process?

The process is very simple.

  • Please be sure to only submit claims 48 hours after the package is marked "delivered" and no later than 1 week after delivery.
  • Email help@millionairegirls.co to submit a claim.
  • Approved claims will be resent immediately. You'll be notified via once your claim is approved.
